Lindsay Justin Baker brings a wealth of experience in architectural design to Seira Developments. After studying Architectural Building Technology, Lindsay spent two years honing his skills at a local Victoria architecture firm, followed by a year in Whistler designing custom West Coast contemporary homes. In 2009, he founded Aspire Custom Designs, a Victoria-based residential design firm known for its high standards in design and drafting. With years of experience and hundreds of successful projects under his belt, Lindsay brings a strategic and creative vision to Seira’s multi-family developments.
Peter Waldhuber is a highly experienced builder with over 30 years of expertise spanning custom homes and multi-family developments. As the founder of Protege Developments, he has built a reputation for precision, collaboration, and delivering exceptional results. A Certified Green Builder, Peter combines sustainability with innovation, crafting well-planned and efficient communities.
